USE:
-Hard plaster is recommended for model making
-Mixing ratio, powder:liquid - 10:7

Pour Meliodent RR liquid into a mixing container and add the appropriate ratio of RR powder.
Mix the materials with intensive stirring for approx. 30 seconds.
It is important to obtain a uniform mass. The finished paste can be processed immediately.
Processing time at room temperature: (23 degrees C) 2 minutes
Polymerization time - in a pressure polymerization machine, at 2 bar, at 55 degrees C: 10 minutes
If processing is carried out in a pressureless polymerization vessel, use the layering technique in thick areas.
Apply Meliodent RR layers one by one, polymerizing each one separately until completely polymerized before applying the next.

In the case of MMa/PMMA-based dentures, a minimal amount of residual monomer may occur
-To reduce the risk of unpleasant reactions,
Heraeus Kulzer recommends storing finished (or repaired) dentures in lukewarm water for at least 12 hours before final placement!
